Welcome everybody to my 25th WWE Stat Pack! I have been watching every WWF PPV from the very beginning, back from Wrestlemania 1 and reviewing each and every show. Every 5 PPVs I have put together and updated a stat pack which records all the major stats, facts and figures from the big shows. Within this Stat Pack you’ll see all the PPVs ranked as well as which wrestlers have fought the most matches, who has the most wins and losses, all matches rated and who has the best average match rating as well as figures on the tag teams, managers and much more. This Stat Pack covers from the original Wrestlemania through to King Of The Ring 2001, all 125 PPVs.
The last Stat Pack was posted just after No Way Out 2001 and since then there have been plenty of title changes. Stone Cold Steve Austin shocked the world at Wrestlemania when he sided with Vince McMahon and won the WWF title from The Rock. Chris Jericho is no longer Intercontinental Champion, he lost the belt to Triple H who in turn lost it to the Big Red Machine, Kane. Tag Team Champions The Dudley Boyz lost their belts to Edge and Christian who’s titles then went to The Undertaker and Kane, Steve Austin and Triple H, Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho before coming full circle back to The Dudley Boyz. Ravens Hardcore title has found its way to Rhyno via the likes of The Big Show and Kane. Test was European Champion following the last Stat Pack but that title has gone from Eddie Guerrero to Matt Hardy. Chyna also defeated Ivory for the Women’s title and the Light-Heavyweight title has gone from Dean Malenko to Crash Holly to Jerry Lynn to Jeff Hardy.
Let’s get to the stats.

2001 continues to be a fantastic year for pay per view and as a result it stays on top of the best year so far chart. The average pay per view rating for 2001 so far is 64.9 which is a top rating for any show. As for the newest five PPVs, King Of The Ring 2001 is the highest new entry going right in at number 2 thanks to matches such as Kurt Angle vs. Shane McMahon. Wrestlemania 17 is generally considered the best show of all time but for me it goes in at number 5 as a couple of matches let it down. Backlash 2001 goes in at number 20, Insurrextion 2001 at #53 and Judgment Day #25. Insurrextion is unsurprisingly the weakest show of the last 5.
Most PPVs Wrestled On
1. The Undertaker (78)
2. Triple H (60)
3. Bret Hart (57)
4= Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (55)
4= The British Bulldog (55)
6. Shawn Michaels (54)
7. The Rock (52)
8= Billy Gunn (51)
8= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (51)
10= Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) (47)
10= Glenn Jacobs (Kane/Fake Diesel/Isaac Yankem) (47)
A familiar looking list as the top 12 from the previous list decreases to a top 11 on this one. The Undertaker is of course top, he doesn’t look like he’ll ever be beaten for the top spot. The top 6 actually stay the same but in 7th is The Rock who only wrestled on one of the last 5 PPVs. Billy Gunn drops a place to 8th and is joined by Steve Austin who wrestled on all 5 of the last PPVs. Sean Waltman and Glenn Jacobs keep their 10th spot with both men having wrestled on 4 of the last 5 PPVs. Mick Foley is the man to have dropped off this list, 15 months after he wrestled on his last pay per view. This list is very close in the middle with only 6 PPVs separating 3rd from 8th.
Most PPV Matches
1. The Undertaker (81)
2. Bret Hart (63)
3. Triple H (62)
4. Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (58)
5. The Rock (57)
6. The British Bulldog (56)
7= Billy Gunn (55)
7= Shawn Michaels (55)
9. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (53)
10. Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) (51)
This list has gone from a top 11 on the last Stat Pack to a top 10 on this one. Undertaker extends his lead at the top to 18 matches. Triple H’s last 4 matches put him securely in second place and only one match away from Bret Hart. The Rock only wrestled on one of the last five PPVs but that one match is enough to put him into fifth place above The British Bulldog. Steve Austin is the only man on this list to have wrestled on all 5 of the last PPVs which keeps him in 9th place. Sean Waltman keeps his spot in 10th but Mick Foley is the man to have dropped off this list.

3= Mini Nova 100% (2 matches)
3= Butterbean 100% (2 matches)

10. Sable 75% (8 matches)
11= Tiger Ali Singh 75% (4 matches)
11= The Fabulous Moolah 75% (4 matches)
13. Hulk Hogan 72% (29 matches)
14= Scott Steiner 66.6% (6 matches)
14= Rick Steiner 66.6% (6 matches)
This list has barely changed since the last Stat Pack. In fact, there is only one change to this list and that is in the form of Ivory dropping off. She lost to Chyna at Wrestlemania and that takes her just off this list with a 63.6 win percentage. I like to have 15 on this list so I’ve split the Steiner Brothers up at the bottom. Everybody else stays the same.
Most PPV Wins
1. The Undertaker (44)
2. Bret Hart (35)
3= Triple H (30)
3= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (30)
5. The Rock (28)
6= Owen Hart (27)
6= The British Bulldog (27)
8. Billy Gunn (26)
9. Shawn Michaels (24)
10. The Road Dogg (22)
A top 10 that won’t surprise you here. Undertaker, Bret Hart and Triple H stay in the top 3 spots but Triple H is joined by Steve Austin who has won 4 matches on the last 5 PPVs. The Rock, Owen Hart, British Bulldog and Billy Gunn drop down a place whilst Shawn Michaels and Road Dogg keep their spots at the bottom. Road Dogg has a good number of wins for somebody who doesn’t feature on the top lists for matches.
Most PPV Draws
1. Shawn Michaels (5)
2= Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake (3)
2= The British Bulldog (3)
2= Mankind (3)
2= The Undertaker (3)
2= Glenn Jacobs (Kane, Fake Diesel, Isaac Yankem) (3)
2= Triple H (3)
2= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (3)
9= The Rock (2)
9= Yokozuna (2)
9= Vader (2)
9= Bad News Brown (2)
9= “Mr Wonderful” Paul Orndorff (2)
9= Don Muraco (2)
This list stays exactly the same as there haven’t been any draws over the last 5 PPVs. Shawn Michaels is the draw specialist, sat atop and is follows by a lot of the names who have wrestled a lot of matches as well as Brutus Beefcake. Some old school names fill in this list which s why I’m reluctant to trim it down.
Most PPV Losses
1. The Undertaker (34)
2= Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (30)
2= Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) (30)
4= Triple H (29)
4= Billy Gunn (29)
6= Bret Hart (27)
6= The Rock (27)
8= British Bulldog (26)
8= Shawn Michaels (26)
8= Mick Foley (26)
There’s a bit of movement on this list which isn’t surprising as there’s only 4 losses between numbers 2 and 10 on this list. Undertaker is still top whilst Sean Waltman joins Owen Hart in second. Triple H jumps up to 4th joint with Billy Gunn who fell down a place. The Rock stays in 6th and is joined by Bret Hart. Thin in joint 8th are The British Bulldog, Shawn Michaels and Mick Foley who are all gone from the WWF at the moment.
Highest Loss Percentage
1. Koko B.Ware 100% (11 matches)
2. Boris Zhukov 100% (7 matches)

3= Adam Bomb 100% (6 matches)
3= Skinner 100% (6 matches)
6= Ron Bass 100% (5 matches)
6= The Bezerker 100% (5 matches)
6= Trish Stratus 100% (5 matches)
6= Raven 100% (5 matches)
10= Barry Windham 100% (4 matches)
10= Leilani Kai 100% (4 matches)
10= Ken Patera 100% (4 matches)
10= Paul Diamond (Max Moon/Kato) 100% (4 matches)
10= Duke “The Dumpster” Droese 100% (4 matches)
10= Kamala 100% (4 matches)
There’s quite a lot of movement to this list. It’s now a list of 15 wrestlers that have wrestled 4 or more PPV matches and lost them all. The top 8 become a top 9 with the addition of Raven. Duke Droese and Kamala, who competed in the gimmick battle royal at Wrestlemania 17, are new entries to the list in joint 10th. IT won’t bel ong before you need 5 PPV losses to get on this list.
Most PPV Main Events
1. The Undertaker (38)
2. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (32)
3= Bret Hart (24)
3= The Rock (24)
5. Triple H (22)
6. Shawn Michaels (21)
7. Hulk Hogan (20)
8. Mick Foley (17)
9. Diesel (12)
10= British Bulldog (10)
10= Kane (10)
10= “Macho Man” Randy Savage (10)
There isn’t a lot of change to this list but at the top Steve Austin gets ever closer to The Undertaker. The Rock joins Bret Hart in third place after his Wrestlemania main event. Triple H leapfrogs Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels into 5th position and Kane is a new entry in 10th place with British Bulldog and Randy Savage. Another main event for Kane would knock Randy Savage and British Bulldog off this list.

There are 7 new entries to the best matches of all time list. I have decided not to cut down the list and keep it as a long one to show what my top matches of all times are. Thr highest new entry is the match right at the top of the pile. The TLC match at Wrestlemania between The Hardy Boyz, Edge and Christian and the Dudley Boyz is my first ever 10 out of 10 review. Other new additions to the list include Steve Austin vs. The Rock and Vince vs. Shane at Wrestlemania 17, Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit at Judgment Day and both Kurt Angle vs. Shane McMahon and Austin vs. Jericho vs. Benoit at King Of The Ring 2001. There are no new additions to the worst ever match list.

9. The Legion Of Doom 68.75% (16 matches)
10= Owen Hart & Jeff Jarrett 66.6% (3 matches)
10= The Nasty Boyz 66.6% (3 matches)
There are no changes to this list from the last stat pack despite many tag team matches. The only other 3 teams with a batter than 50% win record are The New Age Outlaws (61%), Demolition (60%) and Edge and Christian (52%). For now though it takes a 66.6% win record to get on this list.
Tag Teams With Highest PPV Loss Percentage (2+ matches)
1= The Brothers Of Destruction 100% (2 matches)
1= Strike Force 100% (2 matches)
1= The Bolsheviks 100% (2 matches)

9= Power & Glory 66.6% (3 matches)
9= The Quebecers 66.6% (3 matches)
9= Skull & 8 Ball 66.6% (3 matches)
It’s a list of 16 teams for this one. There’s a new entry at the top with The Brothers Of Destruction who have lost matches to the likes of The Dudley Boyz and the 2 man power trip on recent PPVs. The Holly Cousins are also new entries to this list. The Dudley Boyz have wrestled 3 more tag matches since the last stat pack but they are still at a 66.6% loss record.
Highest Average Match Rating (2+ matches)
1. Cactus Jack (8.15)
2. Chainsaw Charlie (7.66)
3. K-Kwik (7.5)
4. Vince McMahon (7.41)
5. Chris Benoit (7.25)
6. Ric Flair (7.14)
7. Shane McMahon (7.136)
8. Jeff Hardy (7.135)
9. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (7.125)
10. Chris Jericho (7.125)
This is a top 10 that makes for an interesting read. Cactus Jack is technically a new entry at the top and the reason for this is that because Mick Foleys average has fallen out of the top 10, I used his highest characters rating for this list instead. As a result, Chainsaw Charlie, K-Kwik and Vince McMahon all drop one position. Chris Benoit is a new entrant in at number 5 whilst Ric Flair drops to 6th. Shane McMahon keeps his #7 spot whilst Jeff Hardy rises from 10th to 8th. Steve Austin stays in 9th whilst Chris Jericho falls from joint 4th to 10th. Mick Foley, Hakushi and Matt Hardy all drop off the list.

7. Velvet McIntyre (3)
8. Ivory (3.25)
9. Tori (3.4)
10. Rockin Robin (3.5)
No changes to this list from the last stat pack. Sadly for Terri, she has the award of putting on the worst matches. 8 of the 10 on this list are female with Adrian Adonis and Corporal Kirchner making up the rest. The top two weren’t really wrestlers.
Bastions Top 10
1. The Undertaker (31932)
2. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (24575)
3. Bret Hart (24162)
4. Triple H (22437)
5. The Rock (21580)
6. Shawn Michaels (17972)
7. Owen Hart (17425)
8. British Bulldog (16934)
9. Billy Gunn (15663)
10. Hulk Hogan (15331)
This list is made up of a formula of matches wrestled, won, average match ratings, main events and win percentage. It creates a top 10 of the best of all time.The Undertaker keeps his top spot but new in second place is Steve Austin who jumps up from 5th. As a result, Bret Hart, Triple H and The Rock all drop a position. The rest stays exactly the same. It really is a who’s who of WWF PPV wrestlers.
Bastions Top 10 Women
1. Chyna (5553)
2. Sable (3075)
3. Ivory (2362)
4= Alundra Blayze (950)
4= Nicole Bass (950)
6. The Jumping Bomb Angels (775)
7. The Fabulous Moolah (750)
8. Luna (716)
9. Tori (680)
10. Sapphire (600)
This list has exactly the same ten women on as the last stat pack in exactly the same order. Chyna has managed to extend her lead following victories over Ivory and Lita. Ivory is the only other girl to have gained any points since the last Stat Pack. Chyna would be nearly 10,000 points away from getting on Bastions top 10 which puts women’s wrestling into perspective.
Top 10 Title Reigns
1. Diesel – 1st WWF Title Reign
2. Shawn Michaels – 1st WWF Title Reign
3. The British Bulldog & Owen Hart – 1st Tag Team Title Reign
4. Hulk Hogan – 1st WWF Title Reign
5. Ivory – 3rd Women’s Title Reign
6. The Undertaker – 2nd WWF Title Reign
7. Kurt Angle – 1st WWF Title Reign
8. The Rock – 2nd Intercontinental Title Reign
9. The New Age Outlaws – 3rd Tag Team Title Reign
10. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin – 5th WWF Title Reign
My top 10 title reigns are purely based on pay per view defences. There isn’t much change to this list from the last stat pack but Ivory does rise from 9th to 5th. Stone Colds fifth reign is a new entry in at number 10 and could potentially go higher as that reign continues. Ivory’s first women’s title reign is the one to make way.
Most Matches Managed
1. Jimmy Hart (64)
2. Paul Bearer (56)
3. Mr Fuji (40)
4. Bobby Heenan (37)
5. Chyna (36)
6. Jim Cornette (32)
7. Terri Runnels/Marlena (24)
8. Slick (23)
9. “Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase (21)
10= Miss Elizabeth (18)
10= Stephanie McMahon (18)
With the decline of managers, there aren’t many changes to this list these days. So the top 6 stay exactly the same and the first of two changes to this list comes with Terri Runnels managing Perry Saturn to two matches and thus leapfrogging Slick into 7th. The other change to this list comes with Stephanie McMahon who has managed Triple H into tenth position.
Highest Managerial Success Rate (2+ matches)
1. Paul Ellering 100% (2 matches)
2. Miss Elizabeth 77.7% (18 matches)
3. Jose Lothario 77.7% (9 matches)
4. Jacqueline 75% (4 matches)
5. Tori 66.6% (6 matches)
5= Curtis Hughes 66.6% (3 matches)
5= Diesel 66.6% (3 matches)
5= The Fabulous Moolah 66.6% (3 matches)
5= Mae Young 66.6% (3 matches)
10. Trish Stratus 62.5% (8 matches)
Again, not a lot of change to this list. Jacqueline has moved up from joint 5th to 4th after managing The APA and Tazz to a win at Wrestlemania 17. Stephanie slides off this list after Triple H lost his match at Wrestlemania and Trish Stratus is a new addition to this list in the number 10 spot. Interestingly there are 6 women to 5 men on this list. Do females make better managers? According to this list they do.
Highest Managerial Loss Rate (2+ matches)
1. Hillbilly Jim 100% (6 matches)
2. Uncle Zeb 100% (3 matches)
3= Cowboy Bob Orton 100% (2 matches)
3= Kim Chee 100% (2 matches)
3= Oliver Humperdink 100% (2 matches)
3= The Blue Meanie 100% (2 matches)
7. Harvey Wippleman 84.6% (13 matches)
8. Luna 80% (10 matches)
9. General Adnan 80% (5 matches)
10= Diana Smith 75% (4 matches)
10= Yamaguchi San 75% (4 matches)
This list stays exactly the same as on the last stat pack. That suggests that managers are having more success than they used to! I’m not sure anybody will ever match Hillbilly Jims record of 6 straight PPV losses as a manager.
