Welcome everybody to my 27th WWE Stat Pack! I have been watching every WWF PPV from the very beginning, back from Wrestlemania 1 and reviewing each and every show. Every 5 PPVs I have put together and updated a stat pack which records all the major stats, facts and figures from the big shows. Within this Stat Pack you’ll see all the PPVs ranked as well as which wrestlers have fought the most matches, who has the most wins and losses, all matches rated and who has the best average match rating as well as figures on the tag teams, managers and much more. This Stat Pack covers from the original Wrestlemania through to Wrestlemania 18, all 135 PPVs.
The last Stat Pack was posted following Rebellion 2001 and since then, the Invasion has officially finished. WWF beat the Alliance banishing the Alliance roster although they have all been re-hired over the past few months. Stone Cold Steve Austin was the WWF Champion at Rebellion, defeating The Rock but since then a unification night was held, unifying the WWF Championship with the wCw Championship. Chris Jericho beat Austin, becoming the Undisputed Champion. Since then though, Jericho lost the title to Triple H at Wrestlemania. Edge was the Intercontinental Champion when I posted the last Stat Pack but since then the belt has gone from Edge to William Regal to Rob Van Dam. The Tag Team titles have been lost by the Dudley Boyz to Spike Dudley and Tazz and now Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo. The Women’s Championship has also been revived and after Trish Stratus won the belt originally, she has now lost it to newcomer Jazz.
Anyway, let’s check out the stats.

As you can see, 2001 and 2002 so far have been fantastic years for the WWF. Of the 5 newest PPV’s I’ve reviewed, Wrestlemania 18 is the highest new entry, going right in at number 9. That is thanks to matches such as The Rock vs. Hulk Hogan which was an epic showdown that I rated at 9.5 out of 10. That show is followed by Vengeance 2001 at #10 and No Way Out 2002 at #11. Royal Rumble 2002 is down at #26 and Survivor Series 2001 is all the way down at joint 64th. So far 2002 is the best year in WWF PPV history but we’re only 3 PPVs in so a lot can change yet.
Most PPVs Wrestled On
1. The Undertaker (87)
2. Triple H (63)
3= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (61)
3= The Rock (61)
5. Bret Hart (57)
6. Billy Gunn (56)
7= Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (55)
7= The British Bulldog (55)
7= Glenn Jacobs (Kane/Isaac Yankem DDS/Fake Diesel) (55)
10. Shawn Michaels (54)
This top ten features the same ten men that were on this list in the last Stat Pack but in a different order. Undertaker and Triple H keep the top two spots but The Rock and Steve Austin have leapfrogged Bret Hart into joint third after wrestling on the last 5 PPVs. Billy Gunn goes up to 6th from 9th which drops Owen Hart and The British Bulldog down to joint 7th with Glenn Jacobs who has jumped up from 10th. Shawn Michaels has dropped down from 8th to 10th, just clinging on to this list having not wrestled on a PPV in four years.
Most PPV Matches
1. The Undertaker (90)
2. The Rock (66)
3. Triple H (65)
4. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (64)
5. Bret Hart (63)
6. Billy Gunn (60)
7. Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (58)
8= The British Bulldog (56)
8= Glenn Jacobs (Kane/Isaac Yankem DDS/Fake Diesel) (56)
10. Shawn Michaels (55)
This is the same top ten as the previous list but the guys are in a slightly different order. There are a few changes since the last Stat Pack too. The Rock has gone from 4th to 2nd after wrestling on the last 5 PPVs. Triple H stays in third but Stone Cold goes from 5th to 4th which means Bret Hart slips from 2nd to 5th. Billy Gunn rises one place into 6th whilst Owen Hart slips 2 places to 7th. British Bulldog also slips a place into 8th alongside Glenn Jacobs who is a new entry to the list. Shawn Michaels drops a position to 10th and it’s Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) who falls off the list completely.
Highest PPV Win Percentage (2+ matches)
1. Max Mini 100% (3 matches)
2= The Jumping Bomb Angels 100% (2 matches)
2= Nicole Bass 100% (2 matches)
2= Mini Nova 100% (2 matches)
2= Butterbean 100% (2 matches)
2= Mr T 100% (2 matches)
7. Ricky Steamboat 80% (10 matches)
8. Steven Richards 80% (5 matches)
9. The Ultimate Warrior 79% (19 matches)
10. Sable 75% (8 matches)
11= Tiger Ali Singh 75% (4 matches)
11= The Fabulous Moolah 75% (4 matches)
13. Hulk Hogan 70% (30 matches)
14= The Steiner Brothers 66.6% (6 matches)
14= Rhyno 66.6% (6 matches)
It’s a top 15 for this list, which I prefer to a top 10 due to the amount of people in joint second place. Steven Richards wrestled, and lost, on pay per view and that was in the immunity battle royal at Survivor Series. That means his perfect record is tainted and as a result he drops down from 1st to 8th place. Rob Van Dam drops off the list from 11th place after losing to the likes of The Undertaker as well as multi-man matches at Survivor Series and Royal Rumble. Hulk Hogan rises a place from 14th to 13th despite losing to The Rock at Wrestlemania. The Steiner Brothers and Rhyno also rise a place, from 15th to 14th.
Most PPV Wins
1. The Undertaker (49)
2. Bret Hart (35)
3. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (34)
4. The Rock (33)
5. Triple H (32)
6= Owen Hart (27)
6= The British Bulldog (27)
6= Billy Gunn (27)
9. Shawn Michaels (24)
10= Kane (22)
10= The Road Dogg (22)
It still only takes 22 wins to get onto this list and so it features the same 11 men as it did on the last Stat Pack. Because of The Rocks 3 wins on the last 5 PPVs, it means that he stays in 4th but Triple H slips down to 5th. Billy Gunn’s win at Wrestlemania 18 takes him up to joint 6th with Owen Hart and The British Bulldog. The bottom 3 stay the same.
Most PPV Draws
1. Shawn Michaels (5)
2= Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake (3)
2= The British Bulldog (3)
2= Mankind (3)
2= The Undertaker (3)
2= Glenn Jacobs (Kane, Fake Diesel, Isaac Yankem) (3)
2= Triple H (3)
2= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (3)
9= The Rock (2)
9= Yokozuna (2)
9= Vader (2)
9= Bad News Brown (2)
9= “Mr Wonderful” Paul Orndorff (2)
9= Don Muraco (2)
There haven’t been any draws on the last 5 PPVs so this list stays exactly the same with Shawn Michaels staying top of the list as the draw specialist. There are 5 men on this list that are on the active roster at the moment so there is potential for change but you don’t see many draws on pay per view these days!
Most PPV Losses
1. The Undertaker (38)
2. Billy Gunn (33)
3= The Rock (31)
3= Glenn Jacobs (Kane/Isaac Yankem/Fake Diesel) (31)
3= Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) (31)
6= Triple H (30)
6= Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (30)
8. Goldust/Dustin Rhodes (28)
9= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (27)
9= Faarooq (27)
9= Bret Hart (27)
Wholesale changes to this list! It now takes 27 losses to get on it as opposed to 26. That means Stone Cold Steve Austin and Faarooq are new entries in joint 9th with Bret Hart and Goldust is a new entry in 8th place. They replace the likes of The British Bulldog, Mick Foley and Shawn Michaels who all drop off the list. Elsewhere, Billy Gunn takes the #2 spot following losses at Survivor Series, Royal Rumble and No Way Out. The Rock goes from 5th to 3rd, joint with Glenn Jacobs who rises from 7th. Owen Hart drops from 3rd to 6th, joint with Triple H who also drops a position.
Highest PPV Loss Percentage
1. Koko B. Ware 100% (11 matches)
2. Jacqueline 100% (8 matches)
3= Boris Zhukov 100% (7 matches)
3= Bryan Clark/Adam Bomb 100% (7 matches)
3= Lance Storm 100% (7 matches)
6= Skinner 100% (6 matches)
7= Ron Bass 100% (5 matches)
7= The Bezerker 100% (5 matches)
7= The Hurricane (5 matches)
8= Barry Windham 100% (4 matches)
8= Leilani Kai 100% (4 matches)
8= Ken Patera 100% (4 matches)
8= Paul Diamond (Max Moon/Kato) 100% (4 matches)
8= Duke “The Dumpster” Droese 100% (4 matches)
8= Kamala 100% (4 matches)
Every wrestler that has wrestled four or more matches and lost every one features on this list. Koko B. Ware might still be top but Jacqueline is slowly catching him up as she’s wrestled two matches on the last 5 PPVs and lost both, putting her total up to 8 matches with no wins. 3 losses for Lance Storm on the last 5 PPVs put him up to joint 3rd on this list. The Hurricane is the only new entry to this list with 5 PPV losses to his name. Spike Dudley is the only man to drop off this list as he won tag team matches at Royal Rumble and No Way Out.
Most PPV Main Events
1= The Undertaker (40)
1= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (40)
3. The Rock (28)
4. Bret Hart (24)
5. Triple H (23)
6. Shawn Michaels (21)
7. Hulk Hogan (20)
8. Mick Foley (17)
9= Diesel (12)
9= Kane (12)
9= Kurt Angle (12)
Undertaker has finally been caught at the top of the main events list and it’s by Stone Cold Steve Austin and that’s despite Austin wrestling 26 matches less. Much of the list then stays exactly the same as it did 5 PPVs ago until at the very bottom Kane and Kurt Angle, who both main evented Survivor Series, have caught Diesel with all three men main eventing 12 PPVs.
Most PPV Matches Without Main Eventing
1. Edge (46)
2. Christian (42)
3. Bradshaw (38)
4. Jeff Hardy (34)
5. Matt Hardy (32)
6. Jeff Jarrett (31)
7= Hardcore Holly (29)
7= Jake “The Snake” Roberts (29)
9= Al Snow/Leif Cassidy (28)
9= D-lo Brown (28)
9= Charles Wright (The Godfather/Kama/Papa Shango) (28)
This is a new list I have decided to do for this Stat Pack. It features a lot of perennial midcarders who haven’t (yet?) main evented a pay per view. Edge leads the way with 46 matches and is closely followed by his “brother”. The top 5 have wrestled most of their matches as part of a tag team. Jake Roberts might be a surprise to many, he never main evented a PPV. All the others are as you would expect.

There are now 27 matches in my top rated list. I have every match listed that I have rated an 8.5 or higher. There are two new additions with The Rock vs. Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania X8 going right in at number 2 and The Team WWF vs. Team Alliance match at Survivor Series 2001 also making the list. The lowest rated matches list hasn’t changed.

8. The Headbangers 77.7% (9 matches)
9. Owen Hart & Yokozuna 75% (4 matches)
10. The Legion Of Doom 69% (16 matches)
There is only one small change to this list. The new tag team of Spike Dudley and Tazz who beat The Dudley Boyz at The Royal Rumble and Booker T and Test at No Way Out are a new entry to the list in at joint third. Because of that The Nasty Boys and Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett drop off the list. It now takes a 69% win record or better to get on this list.

9= The Dream Team 66.6% (3 matches)
9= The Beverly Brothers 66.6% (3 matches)
9= Money Inc 66.6% (3 matches)
9= Power & Glory 66.6% (3 matches)
9= The Quebecers 66.6% (3 matches)
9= Skull & 8 Ball 66.6% (3 matches)
This list has now extended to 16 teams due to the new addition of The Hardy Boyz. Matt and Jeff go in at number 8 due to losses to the likes of The Dudley Boyz and Billy & Chuck. Everybody else stays as they were.
Highest Average Match Rating (2+ matches)
1. Cactus Jack (8.15)
2. Rob Van Dam (7.66)
3. Chainsaw Charlie (7.66)
4. Booker T (7.53)
5. K-Kwik (7.5)
6. Shane McMahon (7.3)
7. Chris Jericho (7.29)
8. Vince McMahon (7.28)
9. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (7.25)
10. Kurt Angle (7.25)
As the match quality just seems to be getting better and better it gets harder to get on this list. There are still some unexpected names on the list, names like Vince McMahon, Chainsaw Charlie and K-Kwik but they have all put on good pay per view matches. RVD just stays ahead of Chainsaw Charlie because he has wrestled more matches, keeping the quality higher over a longer period of time. The top 5 stay exactly the same, the first movement comes with Shane McMahon going from 9th to 6th, due to his part in the Survivor Series main event. Jericho goes from 10th to 7th, Vince McMahon drops to 8th, Steve Austin drops to 9th and Kurt Angle is a new entry in 10. Chris Benoit who hasn’t wrestled on pay per view in nearly a year drops off the list.
Lowest Average Match Rating (2+ matches)
1. Terri Runnels (1.66)
2. The Kat (2)
3. The Fabulous Moolah (2.5)
4. Corporal Kirchner (2.5)
5. Adrian Adonis (2.85)
6. Debra (2.875)
7. Velvet McIntyre (3)
8= Torrie Wilson (3.16)
8= Stacy Keibler (3.16)
10. Ivory (3.38)
The ten names on this list stay exactly the same and they’re all in the same order. Ivory has gone from a 3.375 to a 3.38 so she’s improving but not enough to get off this list. 8 of the 10 wrestlers on this list are women and 4 of them aren’t trained wrestlers.
Bastions Top 10
1. The Undertaker (35602)
2. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (28650)
3. The Rock (25848)
4. Bret Hart (24162)
5. Triple H (24026)
6. Shawn Michaels (17972)
7. Owen Hart (17425)
8. The British Bulldog (16934)
9. Billy Gunn (16300)
10. Kurt Angle (15700)
This list is made up of a formula of matches wrestled, won, average match ratings, main events and win percentage. It creates a top 10 of the best of all time. There is a brand new entry in the number 10 spot and it’s none other than Kurt Angle. Angle replaces Hulk Hogan despite Hulkamania returning to the WWF at Wrestlemania. The other 9 stay the same but there is one switch with The Rock over-taking Bret Hart into third place. Can Undertaker ever be caught on this list? I have my doubts.
Bastions Top 10 Women
1. Chyna (5553)
2. Sable (3075)
3. Ivory (2370)
4. Trish Stratus (1820)
5. Lita (1450)
6= Alundra Blayze (950)
6= Nicole Bass (950)
8. The Jumping Bomb Angels (775)
9. The Fabulous Moolah (750)
10. Luna (716)
Using the same formula is before, this determines the top ten 10 in PPV history. As you can see, Chyna who is #1 on this list would be a way off the top 10 of all time list. Trish Stratus is a new entry to the list after she won the Women’s title and successfully defended it against the likes of Jacqueline and Jazz. She goes in at number 4. Everyone below drops down a position and it’s Tori that drops off the list.
Top 10 Title Reigns
1. Diesel – 1st WWF Title Reign
2. Shawn Michaels – 1st WWF Title Reign
3. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin – 5th WWF Title Reign
4. The British Bulldog & Owen Hart – 1st Tag Team Title Reign
5. Hulk Hogan – 1st WWF Title Reign
6. Ivory – 3rd Women’s Title Reign
7. The Undertaker – 2nd WWF Title Reign
8. Kurt Angle – 1st WWF Title Reign
9. The Rock – 2nd Intercontinental Title Reign
10. The New Age Outlaws – 3rd Tag Team Title Reign
No changes to this list, a list based on title defences on pay per view. I like that nobody features on the list twice. Steve Austin’s latest WWF title reign is the newest reign on the list.
Most Matches Managed
1. Jimmy Hart (64)
2. Paul Bearer (56)
3. Mr Fuji (40)
4. Bobby Heenan (37)
5. Chyna (36)
6. Jim Cornette (32)
7. Terri Runnels/Marlena (25)
8. Slick (23)
9= “Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase (21)
9= Stephanie McMahon (21)
There aren’t any new additions to this list but Stephanie McMahon has caught up with Ted Dibiase after she managed Chris Jericho to a loss in the main event of Wrestlemania 18. With managers a thing of the past, don’t expect this list (or the next two) to change very much.
Highest Managerial Success Rate (2+ matches)
1. Paul Ellering 100% (2 matches)
2. Miss Elizabeth 77.7% (18 matches)
3. Jose Lothario 77.7% (9 matches)
4. Jacqueline 75% (4 matches)
5. Tori 66.6% (6 matches)
6= Curtis Hughes 66.6% (3 matches)
6= Diesel 66.6% (3 matches)
6= The Fabulous Moolah 66.6% (3 matches)
6= Mae Young 66.6% (3 matches)
10. Trish Stratus 62.5% (8 matches)
Absolutely no changes to this list.
Highest Managerial Loss Rate (2+ matches)
1. Hillbilly Jim 100% (6 matches)
2. Uncle Zeb 100% (3 matches)
3= Cowboy Bob Orton 100% (2 matches)
3= Kim Chee 100% (2 matches)
3= Oliver Humperdink 100% (2 matches)
3= The Blue Meanie 100% (2 matches)
3= Torrie Wilson 100% (2 matches)
8. Harvey Wippleman 84.6% (13 matches)
9. Luna 80% (10 matches)
10. General Adnan 80% (5 matches)
It takes a whopping 80% loss record as a manager to get on this list and there is one new entry. Torrie Wilson has been managing Tajiri as of late and can’t see to get him a win. She goes in at joint third and as a result Yamaguchi San, Diana Smith and Molly Holly all drop off the list.
