Welcome everybody to my 26th WWE Stat Pack! I have been watching every WWF PPV from the very beginning, back from Wrestlemania 1 and reviewing each and every show. Every 5 PPVs I have put together and updated a stat pack which records all the major stats, facts and figures from the big shows. Within this Stat Pack you’ll see all the PPVs ranked as well as which wrestlers have fought the most matches, who has the most wins and losses, all matches rated and who has the best average match rating as well as figures on the tag teams, managers and much more. This Stat Pack covers from the original Wrestlemania through to Rebellion 2001, all 130 PPVs.
The last Stat Pack was posted following King Of The Ring 2001 and since then there have been a few changes. The wCw and ECW Invasion is in full swing now which has meant the biggest civil war in the history of the WWF. Steve Austin, who has joined The Alliance, was WWF Champion when I posted the last Stat Pack and he still is now but he did lose it briefly to Kurt Angle. Kane was Intercontinental Champion but that belt has passed through the likes of Albert, Lance Storm, Edge and Christian before Edge won the belt back at No Mercy and lost it again, this time to Test. There are a lot more titles than there were before but the WWF Tag Team Champions are now The Hardy Boyz, the wCw Tag Team Champions are The Dudley Boyz, Christian is the European Champion, Edge is the wCw United States Champion and The Rock is the wCw World Champion.
Anyway, let’s check out the stats.

2001 continues to be a fantastic year and sits at the top of the best year so far list. The overall average has come down a little since the last stat pack but with 2 PPVs left to go, 2001 is looking very strong. From the last 5 PPVs, Summerslam was the best show, going straight in at number 6. Invasion was the weakest show, going in at 112th out of 130. Unforgiven and No Mercy were both great shows too, both going into the top 15 PPVs so far. Rebellion 2001 was the other PPV reviewed and that went in at number 58.
Most PPVs Wrestled On
1. The Undertaker (82)
2. Triple H (60)
3. Bret Hart (57)
4= The Rock (56)
4= Stone Cold Steve Austin (56)
6= Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (55)
6= The British Bulldog (55)
8. Shawn Michaels (54)
9. Billy Gunn (52)
10. Glenn Jacobs (Kane/Fake Diesel/Isaac Yankem) (51)
This top ten is looking very familiar these days. There were 11 names on the list on the last Stat Pack but it’s Sean Waltman that has dropped off the list. The top 3 stay exactly the same with Undertaker extending his lead from 18 to 22. The Rock and Steve Austin are the first movers, going from 7th and 8th respectively up to joint 4th, which means Owen Hart and The Bulldog fall down to joint 6th. Shawn Michaels drops down from 6th to 8th and Billy Gunn drops from 8th to 9th. Glenn Jacobs maintains his spot in 10th but to the detriment of Sean Waltman. This list is mighty close now, with the exception of The Undertaker who is streets ahead. Can he ever be caught?
Most PPV Matches
1. The Undertaker (85)
2. Bret Hart (63)
3. Triple H (62)
4. The Rock (61)
5= Stone Cold Steve Austin (58)

7= British Bulldog (56)
7= Billy Gunn (56)
9. Shawn Michaels (55)
10. Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) (53)
This list looks much like the last one but with one major difference. Sean Waltman replaces Glenn Jacobs as he has wrestled more matches, mainly due to King Of The Ring tournaments over the years where Waltman has pulled double duty. Elsewhere on the list The Rock has moved up from 5th to 4th, Austin has jumped from 9th up to joint 5th with Owen Hart who has dropped down a place. British Bulldog has slipped down a place, joint with Billy Gunn. Shawn Michaels drops a place from 8th to 9th whilst Waltman keeps his place in 10th.

14. Hulk Hogan 72% (29 matches)
15= The Steiner Brothers 66.6% (6 matches)
15= Rhyno 66.6% (6 matches)
It’s a top 16 for this one in a list that has changed a little. The top 10 are exactly the same. Only 2 people on this whole list have wrestled on the last five PPVs so there isn’t much movement. Rob Van Dam is the first new entry after beating the likes of Jeff Hardy and Chris Jericho and he goes in at joint 11th alongside The Fabulous Moolah and Tiger Ali Singh. The other new entry is Rhyno who has won 4 of his 6 PPV matches, beating the likes of Tajiri and winning the Invasion main event.
Most PPV Wins
1. The Undertaker (47)
2. Bret Hart (35)
3. Stone Cold Steve Austin (32)
4= Triple H (30)
4= The Rock (30)
6= Owen Hart (27)
6= The British Bulldog (27)
8. Billy Gunn (26)
9. Shawn Michaels (24)
10= The Road Dogg (22)
10= Kane (22)
This list goes from a top 10 to a top 11. It features most of the usual suspects, those that have fought the most matches have won the most! The top 2 stay the same for this with Undertaker having won 3 PPV matches on the last 5 PPVs. Steve Austin moves up to third following 2 PPV wins for him. Triple H moves down a place to 4th whilst The Rock moves up a place to join Helmsley. Owen Hart, The British Bulldog, Billy Gunn, Shawn Michaels and Road Dogg all keep their spots but Kane is a new entry, joint with Road Dogg in 10th.
Most PPV Draws
1. Shawn Michaels (5)
2= Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake (3)
2= The British Bulldog (3)
2= Mankind (3)
2= The Undertaker (3)
2= Glenn Jacobs (Kane, Fake Diesel, Isaac Yankem) (3)
2= Triple H (3)
2= “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (3)
9= The Rock (2)
9= Yokozuna (2)
9= Vader (2)
9= Bad News Brown (2)
9= “Mr Wonderful” Paul Orndorff (2)
9= Don Muraco (2)
No changes to this list as there haven’t been any draws on the last 5 PPVs. Shawn Michaels still sits pretty at the top with 5 draws from his 55 matches.
Most PPV Losses
1. The Undertaker (35)
2. Sean Waltman (123 Kid/X Pac) (31)
3= Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer (30)
4. Billy Gunn (30)
5= Triple H (29)
5= The Rock (29)
7= Bret Hart (27)
7= Glenn Jacobs (Kane/Fake Diesel/Isaac Yankem) (27)
9= The British Bulldog (26)
9= Shawn Michaels (26)
9= Mick Foley (26)
This list goes from a top 10 to a top 11. Undertaker is top (can you see the pattern) but he is now followed by Sean Waltman who lost to Billy Kidman at Invasion. Owen Hart drops to third whilst Billy Gunn stays in 4th and Triple H slips to 5th, joint with The Rock. Bret Hart falls to 7th joint with the only new entry on this list Glenn Jacobs. Bulldog, Michaels and Foley all drop down a place to 9th. There are plenty of current superstars on the roster not far from appearing on this list.
Highest Loss Percentage
1. Koko B.Ware 100% (11 matches)
2= Boris Zhukov 100% (7 matches)
2= Bryan Clark/Adam Bomb 100% (7 matches)
4= Jacqueline 100% (6 matches)
4= Skinner 100% (6 matches)
6= Ron Bass 100% (5 matches)
6= The Bezerker 100% (5 matches)
8= Lance Storm 100% (4 matches)
8= Spike Dudley 100% (4 matches)
8= Barry Windham 100% (4 matches)

8= Paul Diamond (Max Moon/Kato) 100% (4 matches)
8= Duke “The Dumpster” Droese 100% (4 matches)
8= Kamala 100% (4 matches)
This list, much like the same list on the last stat pack, is a top 15 but there are a few changes. Adam Bomb re-emerged recently under his real name in a losing tag team effort so he goes up to second alongside Boris Zhukov. Trish Stratus and Raven both won matches at Invasion so they come off this list. Lance Storm and Spike Dudley replace them in joint 8th after both have lost all 4 of their PPV matches.
Most PPV Main Events
1. The Undertaker (39)
2. Stone Cold Steve Austin (37)
3. The Rock (26)
4. Bret Hart (24)
5. Triple H (22)
6. Shawn Michaels (21)
7. Hulk Hogan (20)
8. Mick Foley (17)
9. Diesel (12)
10= Kane (11)
10= Kurt Angle (11)
Stine Cold Steve Austin has been the WWF Champion heading into each of the last 5 PPVs and has main evented all 5. That moves him ever closer to the top of this list, only two main events away from catching The Undertaker. The Rock has main evented Summerslam and Rebellion so he goes above Bret Hart. Kanes one main evented is enough to keep him in tenth, joint by Kurt Angle who has main evented 4 of the last 5 PPVs. The British Bulldog and “Macho Man” Randy Savage drop off this list.

There are a couple of new additions to the best matches list but luckily no additions to the worst matches list. The two new additions are joint 12th with Austin and Kurt Angles main event at Unforgiven being one and the triple threat with Austin, Angle and Rob Van Dam at No Mercy being the other. Hopefully no new additions to the worst match list means an improvement in PPV matches.
Tag Teams With Highest PPV Win Percentage (2+ matches)
1. The Natural Disasters 100% (4 matches)

9. The Legion Of Doom 69% (16 matches)
10= Owen Hart & Jeff Jarrett 66.6% (3 matches)
10= The Nasty Boys 66.6% (3 matches)
Absolutely no changes to this list as the current tag teams jockey for position. With so many teams such as The Hardy Boyz, Dudley Boyz and APA at the moment, none of them can get enough PPV wins together to get on this list. Owen Hart is the only man to feature on this list twice. Only 3 other teams have a better than 50% record and they are The New Age Outlaws (61%), Demolition (60%) and Edge & Christian (55%).

8= Power & Glory 66.6% (3 matches)
8= The Quebecers 66.6% (3 matches)
8= Skull & 8 Ball 66.6% (3 matches)
There are three changes to this list with 2 teams dropping off and one new entry. The new entry is Lance Storm & The Hurricane who have had two PPV matches, one in fatal four way tag team action and one against The Hardy Boyz and they lost both. They replace The Brothers of Destruction who evened out their previous two tag team losses with victories over DDP & Kanyon and KroniK. The other team to leave this list is the Dudley Boyz who have strung together a few wins recently over the likes of the APA and Hardy Boyz.
Highest Average Match Rating (2+ matches)
1. Cactus Jack (8.15)
2. Rob Van Dam (7.7)
3. Chainsaw Charlie (7.66)
4. Booker T (7.6)
5. K-Kwik (7.5)
6. Vince McMahon (7.4)
7. Chris Benoit (7.25)
8. Stone Cold Steve Austin (7.21)
9. Shane McMahon (7.208)
10. Chris Jericho (7.201)
Match quality is definitely improving in the WWF as the man that topped this list for so long, Ric Flair, has now dropped off. Cactus Jack is still top but his buddy Chainsaw Charlie has now dropped down to third as Rob Van Dam is a new entry in second following some great matches with the likes of Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy. Booker T is also a new entry in 4th, he’s had some good matches with The Rock and The Undertaker. K-Kwik, Vince McMahon and Chris Benoit all drop down a place as none of them have had matches on the last 5 PPVs. Steve Austin rises a place from 9th to 8th whilst Shane McMahon drops from 7th to 9th. Chris Jericho keeps his spot in 10th.
Lowest Average Match Rating (2+ matches)
1. Terri Runnels (1.66)
2. The Kat (2)
3= The Fabulous Moolah (2.5)
3= Corporal Kirchner (2.5)
5. Adrian Adonis (2.85)
6. Debra (2.875)
7. Velvet McIntyre (3)
8= Torrie Wilson (3.16)
8= Stacy Keibler (3.16)
10. Ivory (3.375)
There are two new entries to the list that nobody wants to get on. Torrie Wilson and Stacy Keibler are two women that came over from wCw. They have both competed in the same three matches so far and they haven’t been the best. They go in at joint 8th and as a result Tori and Rockin Robin fall off this list.
Bastions Top 10
1. The Undertaker (33918)
2. Stone Cold Steve Austin (26801)
3. Bret Hart (24162)
4. The Rock (23333)
5. Triple H (22437)
6. Shawn Michaels (17972)
7. Owen Hart (17425)
8. The British Bulldog (16934)
9. Billy Gunn (15558)
10. Hulk Hogan (15331)
This list is made up of a formula of matches wrestled, won, average match ratings, main events and win percentage. It creates a top 10 of the best of all time. And according to my formula, The Undertaker is the greatest PPV player of all time. He’s got a good lead on Stone Cold and Bret Hart. The only change to this list from the last Stat Pack is The Rock leapfrogging the injured Triple H. Those two change places but everyone else stays the same. It’s a credit to HUlk Hogan who hasn’t wrestled on WWF PPV for 8 years but is still on this list.
Bastions Top 10 Women
1. Chyna (5553)
2. Sable (3075)
3. Ivory (2362)
4. Lita (1425)
5= Alundra Blayze (950)
5= Nicole Bass (950)
7. The Jumping Bomb Angels (775)
8. The Fabulous Moolah (750)
9. Luna (716)
10. Tori (680)
Since the last stat pack the only women to get involved in PPV action are Lita, Trish Stratus, Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler and Molly Holly. As a result of Lita winning both of her PPV matches she has now entered the top ten, going right in at number four. There’s quite a distance between each of the top four but with Ivory and Lita still on the active roster, they will be looking to get into the top 2 spots. It’ll be difficult to catch Chyna though. To put it into perspective, Chyna would get into the top 50 of all time including the men. Sapphire is the lady to make way on this list.
Top 10 Title Reigns
1. Diesel – 1st WWF Title Reign
2. Shawn Michaels – 1st WWF Title Reign
3. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin – 5th WWF Title Reign
4. The British Bulldog & Owen Hart – 1st Tag Team Title Reign
5. Hulk Hogan – 1st WWF Title Reign
6. Ivory – 3rd Women’s Title Reign
7. The Undertaker – 2nd WWF Title Reign
8. Kurt Angle – 1st WWF Title Reign
9. The Rock – 2nd Intercontinental Title Reign
10. The New Age Outlaws – 3rd Tag Team Title Reign
These are my top 10 title reigns based on PPV defences. Stone Cold is the only man to change on this list as he rises from 10th to 3rd after successful defences over the likes of Undertaker and Kurt Angle. By far the best of all his reigns. It lasted from Wrestlemania 17 to Unforgiven in September. Nobody on this list appears twice interestingly.
Most Matches Managed
1. Jimmy Hart (64)
2. Paul Bearer (56)
3. Mr Fuji (40)
4. Bobby Heenan (37)
5. Chyna (36)
6. Jim Cornette (32)
7. Terri Runnels/Marlena (25)
8. Slick (23)
9. “Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase (21)
10. Stephanie McMahon (20)
Not much change to this list as there aren’t many managers these days. Terri Runnels has managed Raven to a match but she stays in 7th. Stephanie McMahon retains her 10th position but it’s Miss Elizabeth that drops off the list. Jimmy Hart is still top of the list, will he ever be catched?
Highest Managerial Success Rate (2+ matches)
1. Paul Ellering 100% (2 matches)
2. Miss Elizabeth 77.7% (18 matches)
3. Jose Lothario 77.7% (9 matches)
4. Jacqueline 75% (4 matches)
5. Tori 66.6% (6 matches)
5= Curtis Hughes 66.6% (3 matches)
5= Diesel 66.6% (3 matches)
5= The Fabulous Moolah 66.6% (3 matches)
5= Mae Young 66.6% (3 matches)
10. Trish Stratus 62.5% (8 matches)
Absolutely no change to this list. Paul Ellering is the man on top and none of these managers have managed on the last 5 PPVs.
Highest Managerial Loss Rate (2+ matches)
1. Hillbilly Jim 100% (6 matches)
2. Uncle Zeb 100% (3 matches)
3= Cowboy Bob Orton 100% (2 matches)
3= Kim Chee 100% (2 matches)
3= Oliver Humperdink 100% (2 matches)
3= The Blue Meanie 100% (2 matches)
7. Harvey Wippleman 84.6% (13 matches)
8. Luna 80% (10 matches)
9. General Adnan 80% (5 matches)
10= Diana Smith 75% (4 matches)
10= Yamaguchi San 75% (4 matches)
10= Molly Holly 75% (4 matches)
There is just one new addition to this list and that is in the form of Molly Holly. She has managed the likes of Spike Dudley and now The Hurricane in recent months as Mighty Molly but she isn’t proving to be very successful. A loss in her next match as manager would mean Yamaguchi San and Diana Smith would drop off this list.
