Stat Pack Vol 52

Welcome everybody to my 52nd WWE Stat Pack! I have been watching every WWF/WWE PPV from the very beginning, back from Wrestlemania 1 and reviewing each and every show. Every 5 or 10 PPVs I have put together and updated a stat pack which records all the major stats, facts and figures from the big shows. You’ll find everything from PPV rankings to match stats, individual records, tag team statistics and even managerial records. It’s all in here so take a look and tweet me @BastionBlogger with what you think!

There are 5 new additions to this list and I have bolded them all. Survivor Series 2014 is the highest new entry, in at 31st, mostly because of the action packed main event between Team Cena and Team Authority. The only other pay per view to feature in the top 50 was Night Of Champions 2014 which went in as the 47th best PPV of all time. Hell In A Cell 2014 is the only other show to crack the top 100, that’s in 79th. Royal Rumble 2015 is 185th and TLC 2014 is 208th, so not a good show there.

2014 finishes as the fourth best year in WWE history. That is not bad going at all. It’s the best year (PPV quality-wise) since 2002. Mostly because of how good shows like Royal Rumble Wrestlemania 30, Summerslam and Survivor Series were. 2015 hasn’t started as well, we’re only one PPV into the year and base don that show, 2015 is down in 19th.

10. Kurt Angle (30773)

This list is made up of a formula of matches wrestled, won, average match ratings, main events and win percentage. It creates a top 10 of the best of all time (based on pay per view matches). It’s a familiar set of names on this list with the same ten men making it up. The only change to the order is Kane going above Shawn Michaels. John Cena is very close to the top of this list now, could he become the greatest WWE Superstar Of All Time?

For this list I like to give 11th to 20th. So in order they go: “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, CM Punk, Chris Benoit, The Big Show, Rey Mysterio, Bret Hart, Christian, Batista, Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy. This is exactly the same order from 11th to 20th as the last stat pack.

Two men I’m keeping an eye on for this list are Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. Following Royal Rumble 2015 they are ranked 53rd for Roman Reigns (up from 56th) and 51st for Seth Rollins (up from 58th).
